May madness - could you make use of one of our 2018 diaries?

I don't know if the brief experience of sunshine is getting to us, but in the interests of experimenting, I wanted to share this to you all and see what happens....

Each piece we make at Hope House Press is entirely hand made. That means that when ink smudges or we ink something upside down or in the wrong place, we have the product sat on the side. We can't send it to the customer as it's not perfect. So instead of recycling everything, we've decided that we will essentially give them away. Would a 2018 diary work for you? As a house diary? Birthday reminders? Gratitude journal? If it would, and you'd be happy to accept something from what is essentially our reject pile, we'd love to send one to you.

If you'd prefer a notebook, we do have a small number of them available, so you could request one of those if they would work better for you.

All you need to do, is send us £4.00 to cover the postage (signed for, first class) and packaging and we'll post one out to you. Please send your £4.00 to hopehousepresshq@gmail.com via Paypal - with a note on your ideal colour, size and diary / paper layout - and we'll do our best to match to something for you. There's no promises here, no guarantees, it's essentially a random activity where you will receive something, for free, in the post.

We love the idea that people could make use of these instead of them being recycled. We're nervous about doing this. Is this on brand? Does it reflect the luxury, high end, hand making craftspeople that we are? We don't know. But sometimes, some of the most wonderful things come from the unexpected, so if you're prepared to give it a go, so are we.

If this works, we'll let you know. If it doesn't, we'll let you know....
Have a great Bank Holiday Monday

I don't know if the sunshine is getting to us here, but in the interests of experimenting, I wanted to send this to you all and see what happens.... So, here's the thing. I am deeply uncomfortable making videos these days, which is ironic given how much of this I used to do in a former life. But still, we have something to share with you that could possibly be so useful and funny, in a weird, imperfectly perfect kind of way, that I've had to bite the bullet and make this video for you. Third time’s a charm. Or something like that? We don’t have as many notebooks so if there is one that you’d like for free, just pop us £4.00 to cover postage and the packaging and we’ll send it out to you tomorrow. We have notebooks to give away as well. I don't know if the sunshine is getting to us here, but in the interests of experimenting, I wanted to share this with you all and see what happens....
